HUMANS PR helps journalists identify communications professionals who have made a clear commitment to human-led judgement, transparent working practices and responsible use of AI.
What the HUMANS PR signal means
A member has accepted our published pledge, agreed to be accountable for the accuracy and relevance of their work, and committed to treating journalists as professional partners rather than distribution channels.
What members commit to
Members should send relevant, considered approaches; be clear about sources and AI assistance; correct mistakes quickly; protect confidential information; and never misrepresent automated output as original human judgement.
What it does not guarantee
The HUMANS PR badge is a statement of standards, not an endorsement of every pitch, client or claim. Journalists should continue to apply normal editorial checks and verification.
Verify or raise a concern
Use the member directory to verify current membership. If an interaction falls short of the pledge, contact HUMANS PR with the member’s name, the date and a short factual description. Concerns will be reviewed fairly and confidentially.
